Interviews with Elon women's basketball head coach Charlotte Smith. She is the winningest head women's basketball coach in program history and a former University of North Carolina women’s basketball standout who hit the game-winning shot in the 1994 national championship game. Smith was the 33rd pick of the 1999 WNBA draft by Charlotte and played six seasons for the Sting before moving to Washington in 2005 and to Indiana in 2006.
